Jordan Snow
Jordan has over a decade of commercial real estate experience with responsibilities specifically in multifamily development and entitlements, asset management and equity financing. Jordan’s experience encompasses the full spectrum of the development process including underwriting, acquisition and due diligence; selection of design consultants; ushering projects through entitlements; community engagement, permitting, financing, construction, apartment lease-up and condominium unit sales.
Prior to joining Brick Lane, Jordan worked for Fore Property Company, one of the nation’s top producing multifamily developers as Development Director in the Mid-Atlantic region where he focused on the acquisition and development of Class-A apartments. Jordan was responsible for all aspects of the development process and drove collaboration for strategic and day to day operation of the projects.
Prior to working with Fore, Jordan was a Director for 1788 Holdings, a Bethesda, Maryland based developer, where he focused on project entitlements, development, and asset management. Jordan played an integral role in the underwriting, masterplan design development, and entitlement of over 1.3 million square feet of commercial and residential product. Additionally, Jordan was responsible for the management of a 435,000 square foot office portfolio.
Prior to working at 1788 Holdings, Jordan worked in private equity with one of the nation’s largest investment firms providing equity financing for residential development. While in this role, Jordan was involved in the financial analysis and asset management of master planned communities under development in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Delaware and Maryland. Additionally, Jordan was responsible for underwriting and evaluating potential new equity investments in for-sale residential projects and homebuilder entity investments.
Jordan holds a B.A. in Business Management and Journalism from the University of Tennessee, and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development at The University of Maryland. Jordan is an active ULI member.
