Ryan Murray

Ryan Murray currently serves as a Senior Development Analyst at Brick Lane, assisting the Development team across all phases of the development process.

Prior to joining Brick Lane, Ryan worked for Bonaventure as an Investment Analyst on both the Development and Debt & Dispositions teams. As a member of the Development team, Ryan was responsible for sourcing and underwriting prospective opportunities, while simultaneously overseeing six active development deals throughout due diligence, pre-development, construction, and lease up. Ryan also assisted the Debt & Disposition team in the closing of more than $450 Million in loans for the development and acquisition of multifamily assets across Bonaventure’s portfolio.

Ryan graduated from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Sociology. Ryan was born in suburban Philadelphia and currently resides in Norfolk, VA.
